St Silas' met for Praise and Prayer last night. Numbers were down on previous meetings, but in one sense that doesn't matter. 'Two or three gathered together, Jesus is present' and all that. It's a spacious time, where we draw near to the Father and he draws near to us. We listen and pray. People share what the Holy Spirit has given in the way of bible verses, pictures or words. I get to share a little too. It's about humbling ourselves before God and keeping Him at the centre of our life together. It is a good thing to do and to be part of.
